President – Over 25 years of experience of which 20 in edtech as a CEO, CMO, including 2 successful LBOs and an IPO, with companies including HMH, Pearson, Vivendi Universal, Promethean and the Boston Consulting Group..
CMO — Former classroom teacher, principal and superintendent, Bob has spent 45 years in education. Bob has been a marketing leader for many multi-billion organizations in the space including Pearson, Follett, Tyler Technologies and Altona Ed.

VP of Growth & Strategy – Helene has a rich professional background with over 30 years in K-12 Education. She has a diverse background in both school district and corporate K-12 settings. This background equips her with a unique skill set tailored to address the needs specific to K-12 educators and the back office. Helene's priority is understanding that every decision that involves software or services must be centered on delivering direct value to the needs of the specific school or district.
